1. Who we are and what moretgage is

moretgage is a general service for UK mortgage advisers: we build an adviser their website, run an AI phone assistant that answers calls they can't take, and provide a simple CRM to manage the enquiries that come back. moretgage is operated by Moreketing — Krystian Janik, a business based in Poland, and the platform is run from Poland. Any questions about this policy or the platform can be sent to us at contact@moretgage.uk.

2. Who controls which data

When someone contacts an adviser through the website we built for them or through the AI phone assistant, the adviser is the data controller — it is their client, their relationship and their FCA obligations, and the details belong to them. moretgage acts only as a processor that passes the enquiry to that adviser. For an adviser's own account and, where an adviser (or prospective adviser) books a setup call with us on our own pages, the booking details they give (such as name and email), Moreketing — Krystian Janik is the controller.

3. We pass enquiries straight to the adviser — we don't keep a store of their clients

When a caller speaks to the AI phone assistant, we take the key details (their name, what they're calling about and when they'd like a call back) and send them directly to the relevant adviser, usually by SMS, so the adviser can call them back. We do not build our own database of an adviser's clients and we do not use those details for any purpose of our own — we only keep the minimal, short-lived records needed to deliver the message reliably and to keep the service secure. The adviser is responsible for how they follow up and for their own compliance.

4. What we collect

For advisers: account and profile information, the content of the website you publish, and what's needed for support and billing. For visitors to our pages: analytics and cookie data (see below). For people booking a setup call on our own offer pages: your name and email, and how long you spend on the page, so we can arrange and follow up on the call.

5. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how our pages are used and to improve them. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and general device and browser information. Where non-essential cookies are used we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; you can also manage cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for detail and controls.

6. We do not sell your data

We never sell your data, and we never share an adviser's enquiries or clients with other advisers or with third parties for their own marketing. Information is used only to run the service.

7. Service providers and international transfers

We use trusted providers to run the service — for hosting, database, telephony and SMS, the AI phone assistant, and analytics. Some of these process data in the EU, the UK or the United States. moretgage is operated from Poland (EU). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Adviser account data is kept while the account is active. Records tied to relaying an enquiry to an adviser are kept only briefly, for delivery and support.

9. Payments

Where payments apply, they are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details ourselves; they are processed by the payment provider under their own systems and requirements.

10. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect stored information and keep access limited to the relevant adviser, or to authorised platform administration where it is needed for support and operations.

11. Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data is held about you and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. For data an adviser holds about you as their client, the adviser is the first point of contact as controller; for anything about the platform itself, contact us at contact@moretgage.uk.

12. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled you can complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Poland it's the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please do contact us. contact@moretgage.uk.
