These terms explain how Moretgage is provided as a platform for mortgage advisers and how end clients may use adviser pages powered by the platform.
1. The service
Moretgage is a platform for mortgage advisers. It provides adviser websites, lead capture, CRM tools, and related features designed to help advisers connect with their end clients more effectively online.
2. For advisers
The platform is intended for business use by mortgage advisers and related professionals. Advisers are responsible for the information they publish, the services they provide, and the way they communicate with their own clients and enquiries.
3. For end clients
People who visit an adviser page as end clients do not pay to use the website, affordability tools, or contact forms. Using the service as an end client is free, and Moretgage does not charge end clients for submitting an enquiry through an adviser page.
4. Payments and billing
Subscriptions and related payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to the service, you agree to the pricing shown at checkout and to any applicable Stripe terms needed to complete the transaction securely.
5. Adviser responsibility
Advisers remain responsible for the accuracy of their profile details, compliance disclosures, communications with end clients, and any regulated activity carried out through or alongside the platform.
6. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the platform available, secure, and improving over time. From time to time, features may be updated, refined, or changed as the product develops.
7. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, misleading claims, spam, abusive conduct, or any content that may damage users, end clients, or the reputation of the platform.
